At Goldsobel and Kirshen, Inbal Lev works primarily on Licensing and Patent Drafting.

Inbal joined Goldsobel & Kirshen in 2008 after serving as legal counsel to Camtek Ltd. where she gained experience in intellectual property management. Prior thereto, she was an intern at a leading Tel Aviv law firm where she handled intellectual property litigation and an intern in IBM Research Labs in Haifa.

Inbal holds a B.S. in Computer Science and an LLM from the University of Haifa, and is currently pursuing PhD in Intellectual Property.

At Goldsobel and Kirshen, Nir Steinberg works primarily on Corporate & Commercial Law and Financial Transactions.

Nir joined Goldsobel & Kirshen in July 2008 after serving his articles at a leading law  firm where he handled various Capital Market and Corporate activities. Prior thereto, he worked in a Clean-Tech private equity fund in their business development department.

Nir holds a B.A. in Business Management (with a major in Finance) and an LLB from the Herzlia Interdisciplinary Center.

At Goldsobel and Kirshen, Shafeek Rafoul works primarily on Corporate and Civil Law and Financial Transactions.

Shafeek holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the Technion and an LLM from the University of Haifa.
